My patient is an accomplished athlete and regularly engages in running and mountain biking. - Brain Fog: One of the most exciting improvements was in her mental clarity. Before treatment, she rated her brain fog at a 2/10, struggling to focus for long periods. Now, she’s back to 7/10, feeling clear-headed and focused throughout the day.
- Digestive Health: Her digestive symptoms have largely resolved. Diarrhea is no an issue, and bloating only occurs if she consumes dairy.
- Anxiety and Mood: Her anxiety has significantly decreased, down from 7/10 to 4/10. She’s found peace in a daily routine that includes meditation and yoga, which has helped calm her mind and reduce stress.
