COVID-19 INFORMATION

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS

  1. Mask policy – Masks are currently optional.  If you would like your doctor to wear a mask when they see you, just let them know.  Please wear a mask if you’ve recently had covid or been exposed to somebody with covid within the last week.  We serve a vulnerable population and appreciate you taking care to not spread the virus.
  2. If you become diagnosed with covid or experience symptoms within two weeks after visiting our clinic, please notify us.
  3. If you are experiencing the COVID-like symptoms, or if you have been exposed to someone in the last week with COVID-19, or if you have traveled in the last few weeks to a highly impacted area, we ask that you call and change to phone or video appointment.

PHONE & VIDEO APPOINTMENTS:

To schedule a video appointment all you have to do is call the clinic and arrange a time. An email with a link will be sent to you. At your appointment-time you just click the link. If you are not already signed up with the free version of Zoom, a prompt will help you do it quickly.  Phone and video appointments are charged the same as in-person appointments.
