- Mask policy – Masks are currently optional. If you would like your doctor to wear a mask when they see you, just let them know. Please wear a mask if you’ve recently had covid or been exposed to somebody with covid within the last week. We serve a vulnerable population and appreciate you taking care to not spread the virus.
- If you become diagnosed with covid or experience symptoms within two weeks after visiting our clinic, please notify us.
- If you are experiencing the COVID-like symptoms, or if you have been exposed to someone in the last week with COVID-19, or if you have traveled in the last few weeks to a highly impacted area, we ask that you call and change to phone or video appointment.
PHONE & VIDEO APPOINTMENTS:
To schedule a video appointment all you have to do is call the clinic and arrange a time. An email with a link will be sent to you. At your appointment-time you just click the link. If you are not already signed up with the free version of Zoom, a prompt will help you do it quickly. Phone and video appointments are charged the same as in-person appointments.
