How to get started:
1. Call the clinic -208-338-0405. We will set your appointment time and will mail you the test kit or you can come to BNHC to pick it up.
2. You can choose either a finger stick or blood draw:

• Finger stick – do it yourself at home. Instructions are in the test kit.
• Finger stick-on Walk-In Wednesdays (11am-4pm) come into the clinic and we’ll do the test collection for you for no charge.
• Blood draw – Get your blood drawn at Treasure Valley Lab ($25 draw fee paid to BNHC) or Express Lab ($30 draw fee paid to the lab)

3. Patients new to BNHC – fill out your new-patient questionnaire in our online patient portal so the doctor can review before your appointment.
4. Arrive for your appointment before April 30, 2025 to discuss your results!
