I’m so very thankful for Emily Richmond experience and knowledge in nutrition. I was raised on a meat, potatoes and canned corn kind of diet. Now that I am older and have a family of my own I have realized the affects this diet has on my health and well-being. I came to Emily to get ideas of how to change my family’s diet and walked away with an understanding that this is not just a diet but a lifestyle change. I’m not afraid of food and the way it shapes my body anymore yet I’m excited everyday to see what foods I can try and see how they affect my mood, body size, health, and heart.
