Dr. Joan Haynes is the clinic owner and has been in practice since 1998. After graduating from the University of Arizona and later from National University of Natural Medicine, in Portland Oregon, she then completed a 1-year Family Practice Residency.

She has been an active board member of the Idaho Chapter of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians (IDAANP) and was appointed by the governor to the first Naturopathic Medical Board with the Board of Medicine.

Dr. Haynes treats both recent illnesses and ongoing chronic problems. She uses conventional and specialty lab testing, a thorough history and exam to help uncover the root cause of symptoms.  Treatment plans are individualized using lifestyle counseling, nutrition, herbs, hormones, and supplementation to help people recover their health.  Having practiced for over 20 years, Dr. Haynes brings experience and compassion to her patients.

When she doesn’t have her nose in a good book, she is outside tending her garden.
